Carmella Bell is a dynamic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Life Coach, and Amazon Bestselling Author of Push Through, based in Texas.

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, OK, she grew up with three younger siblings and moved to Texas to earn her bachelor’s in psychology from Texas Southern University and her master’s in psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University-Houston. Before entering therapy, Carmella spent seventeen years in the banking industry, where her skills in communication and relationship-building took root and flourished.

Now, as a therapist and coach, Carmella combines humor with wisdom to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where clients feel empowered to explore dating and personal growth. She has supported individuals, couples, and families across various settings, including inpatient, in-home, and virtual environments. Carmella’s expertise spans guiding clients through life transitions, family conflict, communication issues, marital struggles, depression, anxiety, and grief. Carmella helps her clients to identify how they feel, what they want and devise an effective plan to create the change they want to see in themselves.

A divorced mother of two teens, Carmella has firsthand experience reentering the dating world and developed a unique approach that has transformed both her life and the lives of her clients.
