I’m Carmella Bell, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Life Coach, and Amazon Bestselling Author. My passion lies in empowering others to overcome self-judgment, boost their confidence, and develop greater self-awareness. I help my clients navigate relationships, life transitions, and personal growth with a blend of humor and wisdom, guiding them toward a fun and authentic dating life.
